"Tim has been active in the Kentucky Court system for more than 30 years. While I served as a circuit court judge I met Tim while he worked for another Judge. His reputation as a talented, hard working court staff attorney was well established. In 2006 I had the good fortune of working directly with Tim while I served on the Kentucky Court of Appeals. His dedication to the rule of law as well as his knowledge of Kentucky case law is second to none. I also know that Tim has been actively involved in his faith community and the Louisville community at large.
