Tim has worked at the District Court, Circuit Court, and Appellate Court levels in Kentucky for 33 years.  Tim possesses the knowledge, court experience and temperament to give cases the serious and efficient consideration they deserve

For more than 17 years, Tim has served in executive offices and as a spokesperson for Citizens of Louisville Organized and United Together.  Tim also has a long history of volunteering and accepting leadership positions in his faith communities.

Tim's record of excellence is reflected in his graduating magna cum laude from college and his J.D. from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville. He continued to support the UofL law school by serving on moot court for years.
